How do I return an item?

Hosiery and Sock Outlet will provide a store credit to the customer for all returned items provided the following conditions are met: the product is in brand new condition and the packaging has not been opened; the customer contacts Hosiery and Sock Outlet within two weeks of the purchase of the product at customerservice@hosieryandsockoutlet.com, and receives a Return Authorization Number; and the customer will pay for return shipping. "Special Orders" consisting of products ordered specifically for the customer that Hosiery and Sock Outlet does not regularly stock are not returnable. If a customer wants to exchange a product they will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to hosieryandsockoutlet.com and for the full cost of shipping it from our store back to the customer (which is more than the $4.99 standard shipping fee we charge and $6.99 for long distance shipping).
